1. Nomination submission
a. Dealerships submit their nominations.
b. Each nomination should give out complete details as sought.
c. Each nomination should accompany sample list of 50 customers acquired in the last one year.
d. Each nominating dealership should keep their narration of Employee engagement initiatives, Women empowerment
initiatives, Green initiatives & Marketing initiatives ready along with samples, testimonials and credentials of impact to
their business.
2. Nomination scrutiny
a. All nominations are scrutinized.
b. Complete nominations are made eligible for winning.
c. Authenticity and accuracy of information provided is checked for.
3. Validation
a. Jury initiate telephonic validation of the claims made by the nominees.
b. The telephonic validation will be done of the sample list of 50 customers as supplied by the dealership.
c. Validation is done on two parameters – Sales Satisfaction Index and Service Satisfaction Index.
d. A questionnaire is designed to get and collate customer feedback. Questionnaire is short and aimed to
get sales and
service experience from the customers.
e. Each of the parameters above carry weightage of 40 points.
f. Points are given for each validation on the basis of answers given by the customers.
g. Dealerships are ranked on the basis of the total points scored by them.
h. The entire validation process is conceptualized and supervised by CARE Ratings.
i. The top 10 dealerships in each award category are shortlisted by the jury on the basis of total points scored.
j. The top 10 shortlisted dealerships go to the jury round.
4. Jury round
a. The awards as a whole are overseen by an eminent panel of jury.
b. The jury panel constitutes individuals who are subject matter experts and come in with impeccable
track record.
c. Each of the shortlisted dealership will be given 10 minutes to make a presentation on why their dealership
deserves
to win.
d. The presentation must include elaborate narration of –
i. Employee engagement initiatives
ii. Women empowerment initiatives
iii. Green initiatives
iv. Marketing & advertising initiatives
e. Claims made in the presentation should accompany with samples, testimonials and credentials of impact
to their business.
f. Each of the parameters above hold a weightage of 5 points each – Total 20 points.
g. The top three presenters with maximum score are chosen for the final round.
h. Jury will evaluate each dealership from the top three, discuss & deliberate and pick the winners.
5. Winners celebrate
a. Each category – 2W, 3W, 4W, Commercial Vehicle, will have a runner up and a winner (2 awards). This
will be an outcome of the
overall performance of the dealership – 80 points of validation + 20 points
of jury presentation (100 points total).
b. In addition, Jury would pick one dealership as winner in each jury parameters - Employee engagement
initiatives,
Women empowerment initiatives, Green initiatives & Marketing initiatives. This winner will
be chosen by the jury
on the basis of the overall effectiveness and impact of the initiative undertaken.
c. There would be 12 winners in total.
d. In addition, there would be a surprise winner chosen by the jury from the presentations made by the
dealerships.
